We’re seeking a generalist, experienced IT Engineer - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of IT challenges. You will be the go-to person for IT systems, infrastructure, event support, and user requests. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with significant independence and influence over the direction of our IT department.

This position is available onsite only (hybrid 3+2 model is available).

Responsibilities:

  • User administration & policy enforcement: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across company systems.

  • Security processes: Implement and maintain security pipelines, disaster recovery, regular backups, and perform vulnerability analyses.

  • Process management: Own recurring IT operations (asset backup, disaster recovery drills, system updates).

  • Network management: Monitor, administer, and optimize the company network infrastructure.

  • Department development: Collaborate on shaping the IT department’s development, policies, and technical direction.

  • Hardware onboarding: Prepare, configure, and optimize workstations for new and existing team members according to their development roles.

  • Technical event support: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment for company events (streaming, recording, cameras, microphones, sound).

  • Hardware maintenance: Ensure all hardware is properly maintained, updated, and documented.

  • IT support: Provide daily technical support for developers and all staff, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Asset management: Track, organise and document IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licenses.

What You need:

  • Generalist mindset: Comfortable and competent in a wide range of IT support, infrastructure, and operations tasks.

  • Strong communication: Able to explain technical topics clearly to both tech and non-tech staff; responsive and proactive in communication.

  • Advanced Polish (min C1)
  • Intermediate English (min B2)

 

  • Self-organization & ownership: Highly responsible, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities independently; takes ownership of assigned tasks and sees them through to completion.

  • Quick learner: Adaptable to new tools, systems, and changing requirements in a creative environment.

  • Technical expertise:

  • Expertise in administration, synchronization, and integration of identities in hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.

  • Experience in configuring and securing hybrid and internet-facing services with modern authentication and security best practices.

  • Experience in security and compliance auditing of internal and third-party IT infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of IT security best practices, standards, and policy implementation.

  • Experience in administration and monitoring of wired and wireless network infrastructure.

  • Solid experience in IT support, hardware setup and troubleshooting (Windows and ideally some Linux).

  • Good scripting skills for task and process automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

  • Experience with user management and IT asset tracking tools.

  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with game development environments, workflows and tools.

What we offer:

  • Salary (depending on skillset and experience):

    • From 9 000 PLN to 15 000 PLN on B2B Contract.

    • or from 7 470 PLN to 12 450 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.
